DRINK YOUR GREENS

Every morning I make a large green juice, it’s the best thing first thing in the morning. Filled with detoxifying and skin beautifying ingredients. I make enough for an afternoon snack with a handful of almonds too.

Ingredients:

  • 4 kale leaves
  • peeled lemon
  • cucumber and/or celery
  • ginger
  • green apple (optional)

Instructions:

If you don’t own a juicer, add all ingredients to a powerful blender. Blend for 1 minute. You can drink with pulp and fiber or strain.
